Return Policy
Our return policy extends for 7 days from the date of receiving your item, giving you ample time to request a return.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thebaity.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the incorrect item, kindly contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Products showing signs of wear or damage due to misuse, even if still under warranty.

Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed, unless defective.

Sale items: Non-refundable & non-exchangeable!

Assembled products, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to inspect for defects and will repair or replace defective items at our discretion.
Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For an expedited exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, making a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
If you wish to exchange an order due to any of the following reasons, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the order:

Incorrect quantity of items.

Variations in color and design from the displayed product.

Differences in size and dimensions from the communicated specifications.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, which may take up to 7 working days.
If you request an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched upon receipt of the original item by our team. Delivery charges for both the replacement product and the item being exchanged will be borne by the customer.
Returned items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories.
