Shipping policy

We exclusively ship to addresses within the UAE.

Orders within the UAE typically reach their destination within 2-3 days. However, for remote areas, delivery may take up to 1 week.

Please note that once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. However, if you need to request a change of address, please email us at support@thebaity.com before your order is dispatched. Keep in mind that requesting an address change may result in a delay in delivery.

Delivery is complimentary for orders totalling AED 199 and above. For orders below AED 199, a delivery fee of AED 20 will be applied. Your delivery charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

While specific delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed, you have the option to indicate your preferred delivery time slot on the cart page. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences during delivery.

Our standard delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. If you are unavailable during these times, our delivery team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date and time that suits your schedule.
